Grants ranging from $15,000 to 45,000 to New England nonprofit organizations and government agencies in eligible areas for breast cancer outreach and support services. Funding priorities include breast cancer education, patient navigation, and reducing barriers to care. All applicants are required to develop project objective(s) to reduce breast cancer mortality by addressing disparities, increasing access to quality and timely care, and/or improving outcomes through patient navigation.
Applicants must provide services to residents in Hartford, Fairfield, Litchfield, New Haven or New London counties in Connecticut; Greater Boston, Worcester, or Springfield, in Massachusetts; or in Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont.
