Description:

Request a Grant Writer

Contract for Services to a USA, Canada, or International IHE, nonprofit organization, commercial organization, international organization, or a local, state or Indian tribal government to create learning products. Funding is intended to develop and disseminate learning products that will help prospective applicants – and decision-makers important for facilitating project implementation – understand best practices and execute resilience projects that maximize impact for both human communities and fish and wildlife. Such products may include, but are not limited to, best practice guides, case studies, technical assistance and/or trainings.

NFWF seeks a qualified contractor to identify and capture best practices and lessons learned from resilience practitioners and use them to develop learning products to help enhance the technical capacity of practitioners and decision makers so they may effectively implement resilience projects. Learning products will draw upon the knowledge base acquired from the implementation of a portfolio of large-scale resilience projects funded by NFWF, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and the Department of the Interior (DOI). By documenting and sharing effective approaches for overcoming common challenges that have hindered project implementation in the past, NFWF expects investments to result in more successful projects delivering greater impact that will be sustainable over the long-term.

The Scope of Work can be found starting at https://www.nfwf.org/sites/default/files/2020-04/NCRF-Knowledge-Transfer-RFQ.pdf#page=2.
