THE MISSION OF NEW REACH IS TO INSPIRE INDEPENDENCE FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY HOMELESSNESS AND POVERTY THROUGH A CONTINUUM OF HOUSING AND SUPPORT USING THE MOST INNOVATIVE AND PROGRESSIVE METHODS. OUR AGENCY GOALS ALIGN WITH NATIONAL PRIORITIES AND INCLUDE ENSURING THAT HOMELESSNESS IS RARE, BRIEF, AND NONRECURRING. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS VIA THREE AVENUES: PREVENTION (RARE), CRISIS SERVICES (BRIEF), AND HOUSING (NONRECURRING). OUR INTEGRATED PROGRAM SERVICES HELP INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, AND YOUTH ATTAIN AND MAINTAIN STABLE HOUSING, ACHIEVE SELF-SUFFICIENCY, BUILD LONG-LASTING SUPPORTIVE NETWORKS AND LIVE MEANINGFUL LIVES.
