Connecticut Community Foundation (CCF) - East Hill Woods Fund
Grants to Connecticut nonprofit organizations and municipalities for programs and services that improve the quality of life of older adults in eligible areas. Funding is intended to help adults remain engaged, healthy, and informed, and to help local communities prepare for the aging of the population. Eligible programs benefit residents in Greater Waterbury and the Litchfield Hills. The program offers Pathway grants and mini-grants, as well as grants for Town Conversations on Aging.
