Child Abuse Prevention and Community Service

OUR VISION IS TO EDUCATE, TRAIN, FUND AND PROMOTE HEALING THROUGH EFT/ TO THOSE IN NEED AROUND WORLD. TTSF IS MAKING POSSIBLE COMPREHENSIVE AND RIGOROUS EFT EDUCATION FOR GLOBAL TRAUMA RELIEF.

In 2018 the organizations served 70 individuals and families affected substance use and/or mental health disorders. Due to the increase of opiate and heroin use in Connecticut the demand of trained recovery coaches there was a greater need to support individuals and families during the drug epidemic crisis. The program objectives is to provide a non-judgmental safe environment, train 60 new recovery coaches to learn how to assist individuals and families struggling with addictions by finding access to treatment and recovery, mental health first aid training and family support groups. A comprehensive survey was provided to all participants indicating demographics and to measure the outcome of success for the training and support groups.

Provides socioemotional support to students experiencing severe stress in school settings through a variety of programs.

TO REDUCE THE INCIDENCE OF IN THE NORTH CENTRAL CT REGION CONSISTING OF SIXTEEN TOWNS, THROUGH RESEARCH, PLANNING, ADVOCACY and COORDINATION WITHIN EACH TOWN AND FOR THE ENTIRE REGION

PRESENTED AT THE FAMILY VIOLENCE INTERVENTION COURSE AT TUNXIS COMMUNITY COLLEGE - WHICH PROVIDED THE STUDENTS TO HEAR MY EXPERIENCE AND SURVIVAL AND ALLOW THEM TO ASK QUESTIONS TO A SURVIVOR.

TO RECRUIT, TRAIN AND SUPPORT CATHOLIC VOLUNTEERS IN ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR PRISON MINISTRY AND TO CREATE AN AWARENESS OF, AND PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR, ALL CONNECTICUT CATHOLICS TO WITNESS THE GOSPEL MESSAGE TO THE INCARCERATED, THEIR VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
